2025-26 Upper Deck Extended Series Hockey
Extended Series wraps up the 2025-26 base set with 250 new cards, including Young Guns rookies like Beckett Sennecke and the new Rookie Debut Game Jersey cards featuring game-worn swatches from players' NHL debuts.
Who it’s for. Extended Series is the third and final wave of the 2025-26 Upper Deck flagship — the box for set builders closing out the season’s base set and for Young Guns collectors picking up the rookies who debuted too late for Series 1 and Series 2. It keeps flagship pricing while adding a memorabilia chase you cannot pull anywhere else.
The Last Young Guns of 2025-26
Hobby boxes average six Young Guns or 1st Round Rookies — roughly one every other pack across the 12-pack box. The Extended rookie class is headlined by Beckett Sennecke, Jacob Fowler and Igor Chernyshov, and Canvas and Retro parallels give each name additional chase variants. Be clear-eyed about autographs here: Extended carries no autograph guarantee and Upper Deck publishes no odds for them, so treat ink as a lottery ticket rather than the reason to buy. The reliable pulls are the rookie and insert program — Dazzlers, Canvas, Sizzle Reel and the HoloGrFX throwbacks to the late-1990s Upper Deck designs.
