This is Upper Deck's flagship hockey release, Series 1 of 2021-22. It's got the familiar base design and includes the Young Guns rookie cards. The hit structure in hobby boxes averages six Young Guns per box along with one memorabilia or premium hit. The design keeps several long running parallels: Exclusives, High Gloss, French, and Clear Cut. UD Canvas returns with a mix of veterans and rookies, plus a small number of on-card autographs. UD Portraits is back with Stars and short-printed Superstars. Notable insert sets include Electromagnetic, Hundo P, Honor Roll, and Clear Cut themes like Foundations and Leaders. Tins include a bonus pack of O-Pee-Chee Glossy inserts. You will find Dazzlers in various colors across pack types. Daylight Nightlight is confirmed but remains extremely rare. UD Game Jersey cards offer memorabilia hits with patch and 25th Anniversary Patch versions. The release features several big names in inserts and parallels.
