What are the Nickname Posters?
They're a fun throwback to those iconic Costacos Brothers posters from the 80s and 90s. You get basic poster cards in the set, and every hobby box includes one Nickname Mini-Poster. Some of these have autograph versions that are randomly inserted.

Yes, especially in the 1955 section. All 100 of those cards have full-body action photo variations that are short-printed at 1:100 packs. There are also some gimmick variations like Black & White cards and special Molina/Polanco cards.

Hobby boxes have Blue parallels (/25) and hobby-exclusive inserts like the 1960 All-Star Rookie Autographs and 1960 Combo Dual Autographs. Retail boxes don't get those. Blaster boxes are exclusive to retail and come with one 1964 Topps Oversized insert instead of coins.
