What are these options?
- Hobby Box
- The full-size box sold through card shops rather than big-box stores. It has the most packs and the best odds, and most modern hobby boxes guarantee at least one autograph or memorabilia card. Pack and card counts vary by product line. Older listings sometimes call this a wax box.
- international
- Panini's version of a product for markets outside the US. Same checklist, with exclusive parallels in place of some domestic ones. On this productInternational Hobby boxes carry exclusive base parallels, including Base International numbered to 24 and International Red numbered to 8.
- Cases
- The factory-sealed carton a product ships in, holding a set number of boxes. A full case is the whole carton; an inner case is a smaller sealed block from inside it. Case buyers get untouched pack sequencing and a lower price per box. Some rare cards are seeded about once per case, which is what collectors mean by a case hit.

Frequently asked
Who's 2024-25 Panini National Treasures for?
The deep end. People buy this chasing top rookie patch autos and legend signatures, and the price reflects it.
What makes Rookie Patch Autographs the top chase in this product?
Rookie Patch Autographs are the cornerstone of National Treasures. They feature massive premium swatches, on-card signatures, and low numbering (base /99). The parallels go even scarcer, with Logoman and Platinum versions at /1, making them the most sought-after cards in the set.
Who are the key rookie names to hunt?
Top rookies include Dalton Knecht (Lakers), Donovan Clingan (Trail Blazers), Matas Buzelis (Bulls), and Jared McCain (76ers). All have Rookie Patch Autographs in the set.
What's the difference between a regular hobby box and a First Off The Line (FOTL) box?
FOTL boxes include one exclusive RPA (Rookie Patch Autograph) numbered /20 or fewer in addition to the standard 4 autos, 4 memorabilia, and 1 base/parallel. This makes FOTL boxes significantly more valuable for collectors chasing the rarest rookie cards.
How many autographs will I pull per box?
You'll get 4 autographs per hobby box on average. These can be Rookie Patch Autographs, Retro 2007 Patch Autographs, Hardwood Graphs, Gladiators, Hometown Heroes, International Treasure, Logoman, or Treasured Tags autographs.
What are the base card parallels and how scarce are they?
Base veterans come in 8 parallel tiers: Royal /25, International /24, Pink /15, Gold /10, International Red /8, Emerald /5, Amethyst /3, and Platinum /1. The Platinum versions are one-of-ones, making them extremely difficult to complete.
What memorabilia themes are in the set?
Memorabilia inserts include Colossal (featuring large jersey swatches), Franchise Treasures, Matchups, Rookie Patches 2010, and Treasured Tags. These provide variety beyond the autograph-heavy lineup.
Is there a retro design element in this release?
Yes. Retro 2007 Patch Autographs pull design inspiration from 2007 National Treasures Football, giving the basketball set a nostalgic throwback feel even though Panini didn't enter basketball until years later.
What veterans are featured in the base set?
The base includes stars like LeBron James, Stephen Curry, Luka Doncic, Giannis Antetokounmpo, Joel Embiid, Nikola Jokic, Jayson Tatum, and Kevin Durant, all numbered /75. This mix of established names and rookies is typical for National Treasures.
