What are these options?
- Blaster Box
- The small retail box sold at stores like Walmart and Target, usually the cheapest full box on the shelf. Autographs are not guaranteed, but many blasters carry exclusive parallels you cannot pull from a hobby box.
- Cases
- The factory-sealed carton a product ships in, holding a set number of boxes. A full case is the whole carton; an inner case is a smaller sealed block from inside it. Case buyers get untouched pack sequencing and a lower price per box. Some rare cards are seeded about once per case, which is what collectors mean by a case hit.

Frequently asked
What makes 2022-23 Flux worth opening?
You're chasing two guaranteed autographs per hobby box plus 20 inserts and parallels. The opti-chrome technology gives the cards a bold, eye-catching look, and the base set includes all the top stars like Luka Doncic, LeBron James, and Giannis Antetokounmpo alongside the full 2022 rookie class.
What are the key rookie cards?
The 2022 class occupies cards 201-250 of the 250-card base set. Paolo Banchero, Jaden Ivey, Keegan Murray, Shaedon Sharpe, and Jalen Williams are among the headliners. They also appear in the Rookie Influx insert set, which is exclusive to hobby packs.
How many parallels are there?
Base parallels include Red, Moonlight, Sunrise, Blue (/99), Supernova (/75), Solar Eclipse (/49), Lunar Eclipse (/25), Gold (/10), Green (/5), and Gold Vinyl (1/1). Autograph inserts also have Red (/49), Gold (/10), and Gold Vinyl (1/1) parallels.
What's the Full Capacity insert?
Full Capacity is a hobby-only case hit, meaning you'll pull one per 12-box case on average. It's one of the toughest short-prints in the product and a major chase card.
Are there any other hobby-exclusive inserts?
Yes. Rookie Influx, Titan, and Incoming are all hobby-only inserts. Best of the Best Signatures, Equinox Autographs, and Ultra Violet Signatures are also exclusive to hobby packs and come with their own parallels.
What's the base set size?
The base set has 250 cards total. 200 are veterans and 50 are rookies. Every card has multiple parallel versions available, so there's plenty of chase potential even in the base.
How does this compare to previous Flux releases?
Flux makes its return after taking a break the previous season. The 2022-23 version brings back the opti-chrome technology and bold color choices that defined the brand, with a modern mix of autographs, inserts, and parallels.
