What are rip cards and why are they a thing?
Rip cards have a hidden mini card sealed inside the main card. You have to decide whether to tear it open and damage the outer card for a chance at something better inside, or keep it sealed. Standard Rip Cards have one mini inside; Dual Rip Cards (hobby-exclusive) have two.
