What are these options?
- Hobby Jumbo Box
- More cards in fewer, oversized packs than a regular hobby box, usually with extra guaranteed hits. It suits collectors who want volume and hits in one buy. Topps calls this tier HTA, short for Home Team Advantage, its hobby-store program.
- Cases
- The factory-sealed carton a product ships in, holding a set number of boxes. A full case is the whole carton; an inner case is a smaller sealed block from inside it. Case buyers get untouched pack sequencing and a lower price per box. Some rare cards are seeded about once per case, which is what collectors mean by a case hit.

Frequently asked
What makes 2023 Bowman Draft special?
It's all about the 2023 MLB draft class. Paul Skenes (#1 overall), Dylan Crew (#2), and other top picks get their first pack-inserted MLB cards here, mostly as Chrome Prospect Autographs. For prospect collectors, these are the foundational rookie cards.
How many autographs do I get per box?
Hobby jumbo boxes come with 3 autographs. Super jumbo boxes have 5. Most are Chrome Prospect Autographs from the 100+ players in the set.
What's the base set like?
200 cards total, all prospects with heavy focus on 2023 draft picks. Available in both regular Bowman and Bowman Chrome formats. The parallels are extensive, ranging from /499 Sky Blue down to 1/1 Black and Printing Plates.
Is there a Tom Brady card in this set?
Yes. Tom Brady, the 1995 Expos draft pick who chose football instead, has a standard insert and an autograph card in an Expos uniform. It's a fun historical tie-in, though his 2014 Five Star autographs were redemptions that mostly went unredeemed.
What are the key inserts to chase?
Chrome Prospect Autographs are the main draw. Picked for Excellence is a 15-auto book card (Paul Skenes included). Positioned for Excellence has six autos per card. Retro Fractors bring Josh Gibson and Carl Yastrzemski as first-time Bowman Chrome cards. Image Variations and die-cut Prospectors add visual variety.
How do the parallels work?
Base cards have a wide parallel rainbow: Sky Blue (/499), Aqua Pink Gradient (/199), Green (/99), Gold (/50), Orange (/25), Red Green Gradient (/10), Red (/5), Black (1/1), and Printing Plates (1/1 in four colors each). Pull rates vary by box type (hobby jumbo vs. super jumbo).
What's the difference between hobby jumbo and super jumbo?
Hobby jumbo has 3 autos per box. Super jumbo has 5 autos and comes with 5 massive 120-card packs. Super jumbo is pricier but yields more hits and cards overall.
When did 2023 Topps Bowman Draft come out?
It dropped December 12, 2023.

Hobby Jumbo: 3 autographs per box; Super Jumbo: 5 autographs per box, 5 packs of 120 cards each. 8 hobby jumbo boxes per case, 6 super jumbo boxes per case.
