Frequently asked

What makes this set different from other WNBA releases?
Panini Instant WNBA Drip is an online-exclusive set that focuses on the players' off-court fashion and style rather than on-court performance. It features a metallic design with an ornate frame and dripping background effect, and it's limited to just 10 of the league's biggest names.
Who are the 10 players on the checklist?
The set includes Caitlin Clark, Angel Reese, Paige Bueckers, A'ja Wilson, Breanna Stewart, Cameron Brink, Napheesa Collier, Nneka Ogwumike, Skylar Diggins, and Sophie Cunningham.
How are the cards numbered and what parallels exist?
All base Silver cards are numbered to /99. There are four parallel tiers: Purple /25, Gold /10, Orange /5, and Black 1/1. Every card in the product is numbered to 99 or fewer.
How many packs are expected to be produced?
With 140 copies per player and two cards per pack, there should be approximately 700 packs in total production, making this a very tight release.
How was this product sold?
Panini Instant WNBA Drip was sold exclusively via a Dutch auction on Panini's website on March 11, 2026. Collectors bid on two-card packs rather than buying at a fixed price.
Is this related to the Drip inserts in other WNBA sets?
The concept is similar to Drip inserts found in Origins WNBA, but the design is completely different. This is a standalone online-exclusive set with its own metallic aesthetic.
When did 2025 Panini Instant WNBA Drip come out?
It dropped March 11, 2026.
