Frequently asked
What's the main draw of 2021 Certified Football?
Every box has a guaranteed Freshman Fabrics Signature from a 2021 rookie, plus a second autograph. That's two autos per box, which is solid for a premium product. The rookie class was deep that year, so you've got a real shot at landing Trevor Lawrence, Ja'Marr Chase, or other top prospects.
How many cards are in a box?
10 packs, 5 cards per pack, so 50 cards total. You're getting one Freshman Fabrics Signature, one additional autograph, two memorabilia cards, ten inserts, and two rookies or rookie parallels, plus base filler.
What are the Mirror parallels?
Certified's signature foil stock. Every base card and insert has a dozen-plus tiers: /299, /249, /199, /149, /99, /75, /50, /25, /10, /5, and 1/1 Black. First Off the Line boxes get exclusive FOTL versions too. It's a lot of parallels to chase.
Are there any Hall of Famers in this product?
Yes. Canton Certified Signatures is a new autograph set featuring only Hall of Famers, numbered to 149 base. It's a nice way to land a legend's signature if you hit one.
What's the base set like?
200 cards split evenly: 100 veterans and 100 rookies. The rookies are short prints, so you'll only pull about two per box combined with their parallels. It's a smaller set but challenging to complete.
What new inserts should I know about?
Dark Horses, Certified Air, and Pieces of the Game are all new for 2021. Certified Air and Scoring Machines are short prints. Pieces of the Game includes unique memorabilia like footballs and gloves, not just jerseys.
How do the rookie cards work?
All 100 rookies are serial numbered to 399 base. They have the same Mirror parallel structure as veterans. Freshman Fabrics Signatures are the premium rookie autos, numbered to 499 base with their own Mirror tiers.
When did 2021 Panini Certified come out?
It dropped August 25, 2021.
What's in a 2021 Panini Certified hobby box?
