The full-size box sold through card shops rather than big-box stores. It has the most packs and the best odds, and most modern hobby boxes guarantee at least one autograph or memorabilia card. Pack and card counts vary by product line. Older listings sometimes call this a wax box.
FOTL (First Off The Line)
Panini's early-release program, First Off The Line. A limited run goes straight to collectors before the product reaches shops, and each box adds exclusive parallels or extra hits over the standard hobby box. The program started with 2016-17 Immaculate Basketball. Since 2020 many FOTL drops have been priced by Dutch auction, where the asking price opens high and steps down until the boxes sell out.
On this productEach FOTL box guarantees one FOTL-exclusive Stars & Stripes Rookie Patch Autograph numbered to 25 or less plus one exclusive Stars & Stripes base parallel. Boxes also ship earlier than standard hobby.
Cases
The factory-sealed carton a product ships in, holding a set number of boxes. A full case is the whole carton; an inner case is a smaller sealed block from inside it. Case buyers get untouched pack sequencing and a lower price per box. Some rare cards are seeded about once per case, which is what collectors mean by a case hit.

Q2What makes 2021 National Treasures Football worth opening?
It's a premium product loaded with on-card autographs and oversized memorabilia patches. Every box is guaranteed 3 autographs and 3 memorabilia cards, so you're getting hits no matter what. The Rookie Patch Autographs of Trevor Lawrence, Justin Fields, and Mac Jones are historically some of the best rookie cards in the modern era.
Q3What are the key rookie cards?
The Rookie Patch Autographs are the main draw. Trevor Lawrence, Justin Fields, Mac Jones, Najee Harris, Travis Etienne, Ja'Marr Chase, Jaylen Waddle, and Devonta Smith are among the top 2021 draft picks featured. These come with on-card signatures and premium swatches, with base versions numbered to 99.
Q4How do the parallels work?
Base cards and most inserts have multiple parallel tiers. Common ones include Purple (/49), Gold (/35), Holo Silver (/25), Holo Gold (/10), Emerald (/5), and 1/1 Platinum and Printing Plates. Jersey Number parallels also exist with print runs matching the player's number. Higher-end inserts like Rookie Patch Autographs have their own parallel structure with rarer versions.
Q5What's the difference between Rookie Patch Autographs and Crossover Rookie Patch Autographs?
Standard Rookie Patch Autographs use the 2021 National Treasures design. Crossover versions apply designs from different sports and years to the same 2021 draft class, giving them a unique look. Both are numbered to 99 or less with similar parallel structures.
Q6Are there any non-autograph inserts worth chasing?
Yes. Super Bowl Immortality cards are tough short prints featuring highlights from major Super Bowl moments. The Future is another notable insert with first-year signatures on acetate, limited to 25 copies per player. These don't have the same hit value as autographed cards but are still collectible.
Q7What's included in a typical box?
Each box contains 1 pack with 8 cards. On average you'll get 3 autographs, 3 memorabilia cards, 1 parallel, and 1 base or insert. Panini notes that many boxes will have more than the minimum, so you could pull additional hits.
Q8How does this compare to other high-end football products?
National Treasures sits at the top of the premium mountain for football. The guaranteed 3 autos and 3 memorabilia per box, combined with oversized patches and on-card signatures, makes it one of the most hit-heavy products available. It's pricier than most releases but delivers consistent value in terms of autographs and relics.

It dropped May 4, 2022.
Q10What's in a 2021 Panini National Treasures hobby box?
